This reform project in Jávea transforms a traditional home into a contemporary home without losing its Mediterranean soul. The intervention has been integral, covering both the interior and part of the outside, with a clear approach: recover the original essence and adapt it to a current way of living, comfortable and connected to the environment.
The interior walls were with natural stucco, providing texture, warmth and visual continuity. In the pavements, artisanal cooked mud soils were combined with natural stone, carefully selected to integrate with existing architecture and provide freshness, resistance and a timeless character.
The choice of materials responds to both aesthetic and functional criteria: all natural, sustainable and consistent with the climate and landscape of Jávea. This reform not only improves inner comfort, but dialogues with the environment from respect and sobriety, maintaining harmony with local architecture.
The result is a house that breathes authenticity, where every corner tells a story, and every detail has been thought to last.
